Every so often we forget--and then are happily reminded--about how great Banana Republic's jewelry is. We're particularly crushing on this bib necklace--it's right on trend with what big name designers are doing, yet at $150 it's just about the amount we would want to spend on a necklace that will most likely feel dated in a season or two.
