Healthy Breathing Patterns


Breathing is one feature of life. All living things need to breathe every time. In one minute, usually we breathe more than 15 times. It all depends on the activity we are doing. If we finish a run, we tend to breathe faster.

The process is very simple breathing. However, although simple, we need to practice to be able to breathe properly and healthy. If we are accustomed to breathing at will, then we will face many health risks, such as kidney damage, lung porous, which was not optimal brain function, and so forth. How do the respiratory health:

   1. Sit with a relaxed, or lie down with ease
   2. Choose a breathing pattern to suit the needs.
   3. Concentrating on the center of consciousness at the center of the eye (between the eyebrows) or on the breath.
   4. Breathe with ease.
   5. Inhale into the chest with breathing patterns are selected.
   6. At the time of draw breath, imagine the sound energy into your self.
   7. At the time hold your breath, imagine the sound energy is required to flow into all of yourself, especially in organs like in healthy right.
   8. When breathing out, imagine the energy that is not needed out of your body.
   9. Do respiratory 10x for 1 session.
  10. Do 3 sessions a day, each morning, noon and night.
