We've been obsessing over a return to Santa Barbara ever since It's Complicated was released. We love the perfect weather, the laid back style, the gorgeous ocean views. We'd like to stay at The Canary Hotel located in the center of town in walking distance to shopping, art galleries, restaurants and the beach.
With so much to do, we'll still find time to lounge by their gorgeous rooftop pool (below).
If you'd rather stay right on the beach; there's Shutters on the Beach; which is bigger than the Canary. You can expect to pay more for the location; but what's better than being right on the beach? This dream spot is in Santa Monica, another of our favorite SoCal boutique and cafe filled towns.
